African "Jade", also called Transvaal Jade, is a green grossular garnet that is mined in South Africa. These are probably dyed. Honestly, we question the identification of these 6mm beads as African Jade. In texture and color they're similar to Ruby Zoisite without the Ruby. But it's a pretty color. 15- to 16-inch strands, temporarily strung (claspless).
