They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. Drilled top to bottom. PCB = Peruvian Ceramic Beads. About an inch long with the tilt of the head and 3/4 of an inch high. Some of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
