They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. Drilled side to side, middle to middle. Approximately 1.25 inches high, 1 inch wide. PCB = Peruvian Ceramic Beads. Most of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
