20mm and 25mm Donut Strands
20 beads on a 20mm strand and the hole in the donut is 8mm.
16 beads on a 25mm strand and the hole is 10mm.
But it's worse than a tight squeeze to get those sizes in the holes.

These beads are on 15 - 16 inch strands, temporarily strung, usually on monofilament (fishline).
The stringing holes are relatively small, about 1mm.
You won't be putting leather through them.

Donuts are passe. Once they were not.
I stocked up a decade ago.
