My Customer Service Pledge
I will do my best to make you happy. But, as you know, that's easier some days than others.
I have one overriding customer service guideline. That is:
Your happiness is all that matters to me unless it strongly conflicts with my happiness.

Ordering Guidelines

1. We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, prepaid orders, C.O.D.'s, cash, the occasional open account.

2. At least your first three COD's are sent UPS money order only. Others may be also, particularly if over $150 and you sound cheezy or uncertain of where your funds are coming from. "I'm selling my Vega on Tuesday. that should give me enough for the beads." That's the way it is. If you bounce a check or refuse a COD package you must subsequently prepay with a money order or cashier's check or use a credit card. Next time you are in Vermont visit our Museum of Bad Checks. Stay for story hour and hear The Dummy tell his sad stories:

and his favorite, "I'm That Stupid?"
Avert your eyes as you pass silently down the Hall of Temporary Checks.

When you place your order we won't be able to give you a final total.
We won't know what that will be until we weigh your order after
we have pulled all (hopefully) of your items from inventory,
so we can't tell you the actual shipping charges when you order by phone.
Our shopping cart only displays the minimum S & H charges.
It also won't display the price breaks.

3. Shipping: Our minimum shipping and handling and insurance charge be it UPS or Postal is $4. You will choose UPS or Postal. We won't charge you insurance for packages under $100. Packages over $100 are charged 75 cents per $100 or part of $100 for insurance or according to the demands of the UPS or Postal Service software. Hawaii, Alaska, Left Coast, Middle of Nowhere, we can pack a lot of stuff in a Postal Service flat rate box for $8.95. I can put thirteen pounds in a flat rate Postal box to Hawaii for $8.95 that would cost $37 by UPS "ground." You will have a pulldown menu that lists your shipping choices when you finish shopping and check out. We'll ship UPS to foreign countries but not Canada. Not foreign enough. That loud sucking sound you hear is brain cells leaving my head as I try to figure out the NAFTA regulations.

Postal COD's and any other packages that require a trip to the line at the Post Office have an extra $4 fee.
How much is half an hour with Slowbob worth?

We don't send overnight orders to new customers. 70% of overnight orders to new customers are placed with stolen credit cards.

4. If it seems odd, or you seem odd, we may hold the check for your prepaid order. Up to three weeks. Overpayments are rewarded with substitutions, not refunds. MAKE IT EASY, USE A CREDIT CARD.

5. Many but not all orders are shipped the same day. It is in our best interest to get your money as soon as possible. Plan ahead. Show weeks, sales and holidays will hold things up. Second Day Air means you probably will get it two working days after it leaves us, not two days after you placed your order.

7. As with your mutual funds and boyfriends, past performance is no guarantee of future performance. But we'll do our best.

8. We don't make Overnight COD shipments and on Overnight shipments we ask for a signature.
First 3 COD's are UPS requiring a money order. No postal

9. We have No Minimum Order but we have a $5 Charge for orders under $50.

We accept orders from outside the United States. Payment must be by paypal, credit card or a money order payable in U.S. funds. Your order will be shipped insured via Air Parcel Post, a branch of the U.S. Postal Service which will turn the package over to your country's mail agency for delivery. Typically, orders are delivered in ten days to two weeks from the day we bring them to our local post office. We do not use UPS or other commercial shipping companies for shipments outside the U.S.unless you call and ask. Charges are based on the weight of the package, the value of the merchandise in it, and the country it is being shipped to. C.O.D. is not available on orders shipped outside the U.S. All customs charges will be your responsibility upon delivery and we know that these can sometimes be exorbitant, but we have absolutely no control over this. We hope that it doesn't discourage you from placing your order. You can find more information regarding international postage rates, insurance fees and time in transit from the U.S. Postal Service here: ircalc.usps.gov or you can call us and we'll try to help you sort it out.

Our Return Policy?
Send back what you don't want or like within 28 days of its shipment to you. We'll reimburse you $5 for your shipping if you remind us in your note or on enclosed copy of your invoice.If it is just a few bucks worth of stuff, call us and we'll try to adjust you over the phone. Just like talk radio. Again, when boxing up your return, please include a copy of the invoice or a list of what it is and what you paid for it, what you expect from us. Otherwise, we will reimburse you at our lowest price.
