They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. The hole is ear to ear (alien ears are near the tops of their heads). Approximately 1 1/8 inches high. PCB's - Peruvian Ceramic Beads. Some of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
