They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. Drilled top to bottom, head to feet. Approximately 1.5 inches long, .5 inches wide. PCB's - Peruvian Ceramic Beads. Some of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord. The supplier to the universe for this item JP Imported has called it quits so as of 9/17/20 I may be selling the last of what is available to me.
