The hole goes across the top of the papaya (stubby end). They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're hand painted. PCB's - Peruvian Ceramic Beads. The fruit is an inch by 5/8's. Ripe. Some of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
