They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. Colors vary. Drilled between wings at back to bottom of feet. Approximately 1.25 inches high with a wingspan of about 1.25 inches. PCB's - Peruvian Ceramic Beads. Most of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
