South Pacific's Official Company Song & Company Poem
The official South Pacific song is, of course, Herman's Hermits version of Wonderful World.
Our official company poem is William Ernest Henley's Invictus. Times are tough. We need inspiration. Previously, it was Do Not Go Gentle into That Good Night by Dylan Thomas, which had replaced Robert Frost's beautiful but wimpy Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening. The recession made that one seem like an invitation to the Barbarians to storm the gate anytime they liked.
