Is it dyed?
Sometimes it's obvious but we don't always know. If we think it is we'll let you know.
One of our current tweaks on the new site is adding key words to the dyed items so you can type dyed into the search feature and it will bring up a list of items we think are dyed.
As you get deeper into our site you'll see that our strong point is the price and quality of our round semi-precious beads and
our eagerness that you should return anything you don't like.
Do not fester. To fester is bad.

No, I have been working with beads nearly every day for over 31 years
including weekends and holidays without a vacation and I'm not addicted.
You are safe.
Since we can now drop orders easily into our database
we've done away with our $50 minimum and we now have a handling charge of $5 for orders under $15.

If you ask us to ship your order to Canada via UPS,
you aren't asking for trouble but you are wondering where trouble is.
If you don't clear your own shipment through customs, UPS will clear it but charge you a brokerage fee that you won't like.
If you ask us to ship your order UPS Ground to Hawaii you'll be calling to complain.
Thus, no UPS Ground to Hawaii and only Postal outside the USA.
