OK, this carnelian and other carnelian like it, this deep orange, is probably dyed agate from Brazil. So I was told many years ago. Under an electron microscope it probably looks the same. Like Kathy Bates and Jaclyn Smith from space. Temporarily strung (no clasp). There are about 60 beads on a 6mm strand.
