Acculon is a three strand or seven strand twisted nylon coated steel wire. It's thicker as the size gets larger.
It's not a gauge, it's a diameter.
012 is frail. Good luck.
Maybe folks use it for weaving special things.
The size I've used most through the years is 020.
I've been able to get all the wires through a 2 x 2 crimp.
